Mark is the guy to see if you need anything done for a semi-truck. It’s very nice to meet an honest shop that looks out for the customer 1st. I’m thousands of miles from home for into an accident. I’m in a wheel chair so nothing is easy. But Mark called around and found a Winnebago shop that could see me know. Just because they could get the parts faster than him because there aren’t an authorized dealer. Mark helped put the safety plastic on the front windshield. So we could make it to the Winnebago dealer. And he did that for no charge. Tried to give him $20 to buy himself a child beverage. But he refused. Thanks again mark. I see why your company is so well talked about. Keep up the good work. God bless

CS Truck is a great company with very professional staff. They have state of the art equipment in all departments; Paint and Body, Trailer Shop, and Mechanic Shop, as well as Mobile Service. Entire staff is very helpful and want to make sure ALL customers are taken care of promptly and professionally. Owner, Joe Coleman is a great person and expects nothing but the best from his team.

I get all my trailers serviced and repaired with CS. Paul is always helpful and Dusty is the man, when it comes to repairs and diagnostics. Dusty always comes out within the ETA given, quickly finds the issues with the equipment, and performs repairs in a timely manner. Both Paul and Dusty are very professional, always trying to go above and beyond to help us out; you can tell when someone just love their job. I am always very impressed, other mobile mechanics are typically friendly and informative.

Pulled in for an alignment took us in as soon as we were done with paperwork. Truck was ready about 1 hr or so later. Everyone we talked to was very polite. Overall an excellent experience

Very good and polite tech guys, when I stop for PTI I realized that one of the low beam bulb is not working and i stopped by this shop, they install low beam bulb for Kenworth in a minute, it does not take even 5 minutes and did not even charge for it, Thank you so much guys i really appreciate it, I highly recommend to come here if you have any issue.

Wow! Wow! Wow!! That’s still an understatement. This shop is very professional super friendly. In all honesty I am kind of glad my truck broke down so I could have the pleasure of these guys doing the repair. I have officially added them to approved shops to use for all my drivers in the fleet. That’s 468 units. So thankful amazing people like this still exist in this industry.
We were 1 hour away from getting scammed. Truck broke down or radiator popped. Someone wanted 5500 to do the job. That’s crazy. Super lucky I found these guys and they did it for way less. The other shop called and said they can match. I said hell no. I am glad I made that decision… Thank you so much for everything. My driver can’t stop talking about how amazing you guys are!!

Mr Brian Lockett and the Team there at C & S Truck and trailer repair; I am Grateful. I wanted to thank you all for your hard work and diligence to see the issue through with my truck. The work was superb when I got it back and I have had no issues. Quality is the key but information and communication soothes a troubled mind.
Your prompt response time and diligence to keeping me informed was the reason my mind was at ease with the work that was being done. Start to finish, 19 days! Wow!!! That is including weekends, Labor Day, Freightliner moving slower than normal with part delivery because of the holiday, the 2 estimates (not because you missed something, but because you understood that you may have missed something, and requested your work to be checked finding a hidden issue), not to mention the depth of work that was needed once the hood opened and revealed the extent of damage caused to my vehicle. It seemed like a simple job but it was technical, complicated and required intricate understanding and thought to fix and to correct issues that I may have later.
Many people today don’t understand how customer service should be done, but you have given light to a dark place in business man. Thank you for your expertise and your TRUTH to not settle for less than what most people would want for themselves and their vehicles. Again sir, thank you… and to all that worked, moved paperwork, or helped to fix my vehicle back to better; thank you also.
